JCreek,
Yep pretty pricy and I got one of the lowest cost ones. It was hard to part with the bucks but I kind of overpaid the IRS all year a little at a time. So tax refund this year it was like a gift. Although it really isn't we all know the motor was bought!
Wily,
It came with both,

Nice Quill!
Had no wind when I started and like you it began to get with it. I think the forecast I seen got the wind speed off by a few miles per hour.

All the way to first shoal. Could of jetted past it. WT approx. 47 degrees. Yes caught some whites all males and two stinkin brown bass. Only fished the upper end of my run. Caught bass on pink over white clousers and the whites on chartreuse over white. Fly rod with sink tip. Pulled out about noon. Ran up from Aldrich. Wife's new trolling motor is great! I did not actually see anyone catch as far up as I tried although a few were up there. Closer to the Orleans bridge talked to a couple guys in kayaks throwing a rigs. Said they had some. Water depth there was 10 to 12 foot. I caught the bass in a 7 to 8 foot deep slot. Whites in 4 foot of water. Hope this helps you.

That also explains why some of the people I know are off kilter, not playing with a full deck and a brick shy of a load. Just glad my head is round and no puddles form when I get caught in a rain :),
