Ok foodies the eggs have been smoked and packed away for a couple of weeks. Did a batch of nineteen, had a big pickle jar. Used the recipe provided but also put in some pepper from hell dust. So what is this I speak of? Well I smoked peppers from last season and then dehydrated them. This dried smoked pepper mix was then blended to a dust. It is amazing but very potent. So a tablespoon was added to the pickle mix.
