  1. I haven't seen any morning activity but haven't been of an evening.
  2. Well I'll be. I never knew that leave the conversation meant the same as delete. I had seen it but didn't associate it with delete. Learn something every day. Thanks guys.
  3. I just got home from a fishing trip and found the forum really changed. I am having trouble with a couple of items and can't figure my way around them: 1. Every time I click on page 2 of (New Content) I get a message that says wait 12 seconds before starting another search. No matter what I try page 2 won't come up. 2. I looked at my in box and decided to clean it up. For the life of me I can't see any way to delete conversations. Can any of you help me with these issues?
  4. I go to the table. I understand numbers a lot better than squiggly lines.
  5. Well it didn't beat me up as much as it has been. I got on a buzz bite this am and caught 7. After it was done I struggled to get 2 more and a walleye. They came on a soft stick.
  6. That sounds about like what I have been experiencing. I haven't found bass in the bushes all season and now the lake has gone back down. I heading down that way today to see what's going on after Wed. rains.
  7. I've used Real Magic and KVD conditioner and haven't noticed much difference.
  8. My daughter reported seeing a bunch of floater while boating from Mill Creek to the old bridge below Beaver Lake.

    High point

Thanks for the report. I'll be around that area tomorrow, mostly looking for sandies. If they can't be found I'll tie on a spinner bait.
  10. Humm? I thought this happened last winter?
  11. Yep I agree with wrench. Use more weight. When I use braid I use Power Pro.
  12. Well Eric a little more info would help. How deep were you fishing? What kind of baits were you using, etc? The more we know the more we can help you out. BTW: Congrats on the 6#.
  13. There are no mdc ramps. This is a corps lake.
  14. So they must be back behind the bushes where they are really hard to get to.
  15. As of 7:30 this morning it was 873.81 and rising. That's nearly 7' up. Are any of you finding bass in the bushes yet? I've not been able to get a bite in the brush so far. I've tried spinnerbaits, swim jigs, worms and mogambo grubs but no takers.
  16. Since you posted this in the Stockton forum if you are anywhere near Greenfield, call Bill Cooper at Son Sac Marine.

    Drum

So what's the difference between the white drum we don't eat and the red drum that Texans rave about and some of us drive 1000 miles to catch and eat?

I catch one once in a while but not like on Pommy. That place is loaded with them.
  19. So do you have a cell? Did you dial 911 or was there a reason to not do it? If every thing you typed is on the up and up. when you get older then maybe you should pack like a lot of us do, especially at night.
  20. It is about 7' above power pool.
  21. I'm pretty sure it was just for lakes. A map came up and you could click on a specific lake and get all kinds of info. All I have been able to find lately is for Stockton. http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/uv?cb_00062=on&format=html&site_no=06918990&period=&begin_date=2015-06-12&end_date=2015-06-19 I sure would like to have one for all lakes instead of having to find and store for each lake that I fish.
  22. I've been using this one for quite a while and it has not been working lately. I have not been successful at finding anything like it. So I you have one please post it here. Thanks http://apps.dnr.mo.gov/asp/wrc/currentlakeobservations.asp?/asp/wrc/currentlakeobservations.asp
  23. I can't get Verizon reception in lots of places on the lake but it is better than what I had before.
  24. If you have a gps/sonar you can get speed over ground and tell exactly how fast you are going.
  25. I had some rod work done by Dale Griest. He is just south of Nixa. He made a 15 year old Fenwick HMG look like new and was quite reasonable. His phone number is 724-9903.
