@Johnsfolly @BilletHead that’s one of those strange but tempting recipes to try. Seems like the words balsamic and jelly shouldn’t go together. But I’m sure it will taste great...always love learning new stuff, especially when it comes to stuffing my face! 😂

I do contract work at a carbon fiber manufacturing plant in St. Peters, I align their dies perpendicular to the vector of pull. They make me wear an N95 that is professionally fitted. Part on the process is jogging in place for 90 seconds to prove you’re getting enough oxygen. I trust the mask.

I’ve got about 200 masks, only about 10 good ones that are made in the USA. I use the cheaper ones to keep the big stuff out of the good ones...wear them on top when I’m working out in a shop.
