Does anyone have a mold for and make 1/4 and 3/16 round jig heads "without a collar"? I would like some in black and natural bait colors (silver, olive, and sculpin). I will pay a fair price or trade for some hand tied jigs.

I've used Elken and been very happy with my purchases.

Cabela's offers the jigheads your looking for as well, but they may not get yoiu the exact head color you are looking for.

the guy at ACTLURES.COM pours 1/4 ounce round ball jigheads for me at least once a year and I order in bulk. I like to swim grubs around deep trees and just need a basic head with a quality hook and no weedguard. His prices are very reasonable and he uses really quality hooks. He does real quality work and is a stand up guy. Send him a mesage and tell him what you want and he will get right back with you, guarantee he will be cheaper than bass pro or cabelas. You can also find him on the BBC Boards as well.

I could pour you some shakyheads without the screw lock. The head is already designed to be drug along the bottom and it has a nice long shank hook. My mold has both the sizes you're looking for and takes a Mustad 32798 Flat Eye hook. I have lots of different colors of powder paint I couple paint them for you and would be really interested in trading for some nice hair jigs.

Bluebasser,

That sounds perfect. How about six each: brown, black, and olive. I'll return two of each color. I'm not in a rush, because I have to tie up a bunch for a smallmouth swap.

Can you make something similar in 1/8 oz? Since I posted this I found out 1/8 is better to stay out of the rocks in the river.

Send me a PM is that will work for you.
