Mitch f
Leave it to fish and game to do the dirty work! Ha What upsets me is the media finding out he was not a right wing Neo Nazi and decided he is more of a man who was discriminated against and has an excuse....Jesse Jackson gets involved and we have a new reason to have sympathy. Jack Jones
I have to say that after listening to the audio, this was the most disgusting display of police sanctioned murder since Waco. To intentionally set a fire with anyone in the building is tantamount to attempted murder in my book. Of course, they never intended to take him alive anyway. Just another day for the street gang in blue from LA. Feathers and Fins
I am reading replies on numerous boards, from guys who the last month have been screaming about the Constitution and Second Amendment rights and other Rights in the Bill of rights. Yet now are saying a person should not have those same rights. Yes he was a POS and was looking to kill people, that is without any doubt, as they were his very own words. However If you look at the events leading up to yesterday afternoon he lost all his rights as evident by the LAPD’s actions in the days following the first killings. There was going to be no quarter given to him he was to be terminated with extreme prejudice had he had any access to radio, tv, internet or news paper that would be obvious and clear to him by the action of law enforcement. It could reasonably be argued he was acting in self defense for fear of his life. That might sound crazy but if you had been listed as Wanted and seen the Police shooting up things that looked like your vehicle without first ascertaining who was in it or if it was even a correct match, then it would be a reasonable assumption. We do not nor will we ever know if he tried to surrender as the media choppers and crews were ordered out of the area, Violation of our First Amendment? ( Possibly ) as the choppers could have been asked to NOT show live video but allowed to remain in the area. It would appear this may well have been a act to cover up anything they were doing they (the police) did not want on tape. Speculatively there has been reports he tried to exit the building but was pushed back in just prior to the fire or right as it started, could he have been giving up? (maybe) but we will never know. Then you have the tapes now being released clearly with officers authorizing “Burners” and officers saying let the Mother F-er burn. This is NOT justice in the United States. Our Police are not vigilantlys that can execute people because of what they did no matter how horrible, that is the job of the justice system. And only after the person has been given due process of law. I am glad this guy is gone ( if its confirmed to be him ) he deserves the Death Penalty for his action, but he is entitles to a fair trial not a summary execution. They had him securely locked down with no chance for escape they could have waited him out and should have waited him out. Time and tactical advantage was on their side he had lost all advantage and all hope of escaping this time. Yes he may have taken his life but that’s not in the justice systems control. Yes he could have come out and tried to die in a blaze of glory then the police would have been justified in their taking his life. But so far everything I have seen has been the actions of police forces to murder a person because of hatred and revenge. Our laws were not written to apply to one person or one class of people to all people equally and justly, it doesn’t matter if it is Joe the Plumber or Chris Dorner they apply to every American. If you want to play cowboy justice here than in the future when our rights are being threatened and your mad about it I suggest soul searching back to your comments here. This is one Nation and One People where all the laws apply to each One equally. It is ironic that the actions that started this entire ordeal are the ones now having people question the police departments and procedures don’t you think? I was all for the Police prior to their actions that appear revenge motivated. What he did to start this was complain about another officer abusing a suspect and abusing his powers and what has killed Dorner may well now be proof of police abuse of power. In the fact that it appears the officer were out to kill him and never take him alive. I would hope in there is a full investigation and we learn the truth about everything, but having lived in SoCal for many years my gut tells me this will be just another cover up by LAPD with tons of mishandlings so we never get the truth. I have ZERO faith in LAPD for truthfulness. I may end up being wrong but let’s face it the record is not the best for truth or handling high profile cases well. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856

Did anyone actually confirm that? I think there was alot of "allegedly's" left out of this whole fiasco.
Mitch f
Had it been my daughter or your daughter he killed you might feel differently. He called out 30 people in his manifesto to be killed. When you kill someone's children to get back at them you are not in fear of your own life and have crossed the line and need to be hunted down like the dog that you are. Jack Jones
Thank you for a well thought out reaction Feathers. To me it's not about whose side I'm on. I am on the side of law and due process. We saw none of that. Feather mentioned his experience in SoCal. Similarly, my experience living up near New York makes me wary of 'official reports' by cops. I've seen too much of what they can and will do. Often with impunity, as will likely be the case here. I have no experience around big high profile areas like NYC or LA but I have watched in awe and disgust as a "STATE" backs up highly questionable activity by one of its Counties. It can be pretty darn scary. I have noticed though (and maybe this is a misconception) that it is very rare for a County to back up the goof-ups or shady activity of a City. Those two branches of authority almost seem to be at odds with each other.
Feathers and Fins
Wrench I see that myself. Its hard to explain Socal to people who have not lived there. You get that type of fighting even in the city level there. Think about it one council man can represent 200,000 people thats more than most cities in many states. Tack on the wealth issues in one community vs another and so many other differances its unreal. Mitch I have been there when my cousin was murdered, subject holed himself up in his house and the police got him out to stand trial. I would love ot have put a bullet in his head but it was my grandfather who stood up and said THIS IS WHAT MADE US BETTER THAN THE JAPS OR NAZI'S I FOUGHT AGAINST. from that day I have looked at things much diffrent our Nation has laws to protect people and gramps was right. I think of the Millions of Americans who have died to protect those rights so as hard as it might be we need to remember why this nation was founded and her laws even in the most trying of times. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
