mic Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 Well gents, for the first time in my adult life. I'm leaving a job with active employment for new one. The first 20 years, Uncle Sam told me when I had a new job. Then I retired, so I "had" to find a new one. Hope I made the right decision, and I don't know how all you "civilians" do this. Pretty stressful stuff. Hopefully, I'm not unemployed in a few months. Good luck to all those looking for work.

BilletHead Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 Good luck to you Mic, Stress is right when you make such a move. Mrs. BilletHead has been employed at one place for 23 years. Some things happened at her work so she put her feelers out. Called a place and they said no openings but sent in an applacation. She sent it in by snail mail and in two days got a call to please come in for an interview. They want her and she gave her two weeks notice. She will start the new job April first. I guess it was ment to be. Again good luck, BilletHead "We have met the enemy and it is us", Pogo If you compete with your fellow anglers, you become their competitor, If you help them you become their friend" Lefty Kreh " Never display your knowledge, you only share it" Lefty Kreh "Eat more bass and there will be more room for walleye to grow!" "May your fences be short or hope you have long legs" BilletHead
