dtrs5kprs Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Today was my last morning on the water. Can you say "fluctuating level "? Up down up... More color and goop in Schooner with the higher water. LOTS of small fish on beds, look like Kentuckies. Many locked, some paired and getting it done. Fished about 3 1/2 hours. Played with bed fish (scaring the heebie jeebies out of them mostly) for about an hour of that time. Three keepers...one on fish doc, two on Ned rig. About a dozen shorts. Fish 6-15' or so, temps right around 60. Broke my livewell switch and decided to trailer as I had to make a Branson run anyway. Heads up...Ranger dealer in Branson West is closed for "reorganization ". Other than the switch it was a nice day. That should be a fun fix... Tha'nks to all who post reports and all the great local folks who make this place special.

abkeenan Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 Dave, Thanks for all the reports the last couple of weeks. Just great stuff and keeps me sane while I can't be there. Safe travel back west and hope the fix isn't anything costly or complex. -Brett
