It would be understandable for you to think that. You are new to this forum. I wouldn't have had a problem if you would have called me on it or like others have done, sent a PM asking. I would have told you that it is just a bit of sarcasim.

Scott is not new. He has known for years my status on C&R. We have talked many times on the phone, he knows full well I don't keep smallmouth. Hell, I rarely keep any fish. He blanantly and knowingly lied trying in a feeble attempt to deflect the attention of his own Hoosier antics of naming creeks the OP didn't. You can guaran-darn-tee he would thow a huge hissy fit if someone was to name one of the smaller creeks that he fishes and post pics of!

You had me wondering too when I first found this forum. We exchanged a few posts about why not to keep smallmouth if you recall.

Hey Mitch funny but wrong. I was born in 19farty one in sight of the White Water tower at Grand and 20th sts. There was no North county in the Fartys other then Jennings Ferguson etc. The term was not Hoosiers it was Missouri Hoosier and was used to deride folks who moved to St.Louis from southern Missouri, Arkansas or other southern states to find work in the auto plants or other industries. As a side note there was a hotel for female Christian Missouri Hoosiers and no men were allowed above the first floor lobby but that's another story. Now the Missouri Hoosiers should not be confused with the folks who came to this country before WW1 we were just called rednecks or white trash if we didn't pay our bill at the Butcher shop at the end of the week. "That is probably why I pay my bills on time" So if your parents were born in the St Louis Metro area you can't possibly be a MO Hoosier. But you can be a Redneck which I think is a thing of pride or if you don't pay your tab at the Butcher shop each week you might be White trash That's all I got from 5 miles south of Interstate Farty Far

I'm sorry, but as an outsider I find it funny that one group of rednecks (I'm one to so don't PM me) call another group of rednecks Hoosiers. Like Jeff Foxworthy says there are just different levels of redneck.

Exiledguide, now I know the history of stupid :)

From my understanding of "redneck", it comes from a time in the 1920's/30's when the coal miners were fighting the big coal companies for better wages or unionization in around West Virgina and they wore red handkerchiefs around their necks so that they could distinguish who was fighting for their side. There were gun battles and times for those folks were very hard. So if that is what a real redneck is, then where can I sign up?

Dadakota- you can try to walk back what you did all you want- all folks have to do is read your first comment on this thread.

Walk it back all you. Want- what you did was low class.... And constantly trying to justify it rather than pulling it is further evidence that you are not a sportsman.

Do you vandalize a guy's truck/empty trailer if while he is on the water too? I always thought that was chicken-crap as well.

What was the college comment about? If you want. To add a comment- out with it- don't pussy-foot around. I dropped out of college at year 2 when I realized I. Was simply racking up debt- ????? I suppose that makes me. "Less than"? (I already had this. Discussion with another. Kiddo pounding his chest about "my Masters"... That stuff cracks me up.

The leader of the free world right now was highly educated- in multiple countries/ religions as a matter of fact- he is so "smart" :) it literally hurts.

Its a Blackberry Saluki- the tabs are very very. Small- and the periods are un-intended- and too often to correct.

You would be offended if someone tried. To reveal a spot of yours.

Smally wally I never heard that. I always thought it was used to describe anyone who worked out side and got a sunburned neck later it was used to describe anyone who actually worked and didn't sit at a desk wearing a tie or today sits in a cubicle watching a computer monitor.
