jpb2187 Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 So I went out fishing this weekend and now I look like I have chicken pox from all the chigger bites I got from walking along the bank. Does anyone have any home remedies that helps stop the itch. I used to use this stuff called Fels Naptha - it was an old lundry soap, and that would help stop the itch, but I haven't been able to find a bar. I was just seeing if anyone had any other solutions that have helped in the past.
MOPanfisher Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 I find Fels-Naptha soap in wal-mart without any problems, look in the laundry section. Chiggers are a irritating little critter, some of the Hydrocortizone creams help. Fels Naptha works better on Poison Ivy as it is very good at removing the oil and drying up the itchy places.
