Quillback Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 You da man! No kidding, I tip my hat to Gavin. Zero degrees right now, with a stiff breeze, took a quick walk with the dog - it's brutal.
Al Agnew Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 Yeah, wish I was in Montana...going to be highs in the 30s and 40s all week in Livingston
Wayne SW/MO Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 After I posted yesterday we got a burst of big flakes that added an inch quickly, then the wind came up and blew it all over creation. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Ham Posted January 6, 2014 Author Posted January 6, 2014 Be careful with that dog Quillback, we all kind of like him. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Old plug Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 This high ind along with the wave action is causes is making a lot of ice collection on the frames and flotation of docks around here. Its not a good situation. Thankfully we did not have a heavy snow to o with it. If we had there would be a bunch of docks sunk and flipped.
woodman Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 Negative 9 last night..A big 0 today... Supposed to be upper 20's tomorrow....Quite the rollorcoaster winter so far..... Better than being in the 20's or teens for a solid month like I remember back in the mid 90's.... It froze the Line Creek branch in N. KC. so solid that a friend I decided one morning to take our atvs on a lengthy creek expedition over beaver dams etc... http://s147.photobucket.com/albums/r302/scrawford_photos/
