Quillback Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 Those high water years were before my Table Rock fishing days. 935 is crazy.
rps Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 Those high water years were before my Table Rock fishing days. 935 is crazy. QB - the high dirty water made for some excellent shallow water fishing. One of the best smallmouth I have caught on TR came that year out of the picnic table area at Big M.

fishinwrench Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 On average a LM will hit 10" on its first year, then gain 1 1/2-2" per year afterwards until it reaches about 17". After 17" growth (lengthwise) slows considerably and there can be considerable differences (length/weight) between fish of the same year class. Bass that are 6-7 years old are usually in the prime of their life. At that age they are more efficient at feeding, survival, spawning, and maintaining weight than at any other age.

Exactly what I have heard multiple times over the years. Well said, wrench.
