J-Doc Posted April 9, 2014 Author Posted April 9, 2014 60lbs Clark Wendlandt is due.... I started to go with 60lbs but I'm gambling that someone will figure out something on the water tomorrow and just lay into them. Tomorrow "should" be a catching day. The guy who figures them out and makes the best decisions by the hour for 4 days straight has a shot at 65lbs. However, 60 is probably more realistic. Need marine repair? Members crkoester Posted April 9, 2014 Members Posted April 9, 2014 You guys are smoking crack. 61# won at Table Rock. You've forgotten that this is Beaver Lake. 55# will do it.
Mike jones Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 Had breakfast with Clark Wendlandt and Mike Surman this morning...like Koester said this is Beaver lake, not Table Rock. I don't think we will see weights for 4 days in the 60's. I'm guessing more around 51-52 for the 4 day event.
Guest Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 59.9 Derek, thats .1 less than I picked! LOL we must be on the same page.
J-Doc Posted April 10, 2014 Author Posted April 10, 2014 After watching more of the post practice vids, I think 60ish is the winning weight but I'm still sticking with my original "hopefull" guess. Suggs said the bass are all bloated and full of eggs from the major shad kill. That will push the weight up if they can catch them. Need marine repair?
