I hope his life is a struggle from here on out! He deserves it! And I feel comfortable saying this because I was patient and that is what a reasonable person does! Use patience to author an opinion at the right time and we are here! NOT the last few months to use it as a crusade and you know who you are! Dude, none of us said we were the jury. Its a fishing board. We lie, we speculate, we cast judgement . . . its what we do best. You wander in like Atticus Finch and get all sanctimonious on us, then go off on a tangent about protecting the rivers and rip on Justin. Wow. Who is on the crusade again??

Members Tim McDougald Posted May 15, 2014 Author Members Posted May 15, 2014 Sorry I haven't contributed much after starting this thread...the land surveyor indicating Crocker's boundary was almost 400 yards from the gravel bar where the shooting occurred made the whole property rights issue irrelevant and undermined the planned Castle Doctrine defense and in the end Crocker tried to claim it was an accident.
