Today is our 31st anniversary. I signed the papers and started moving in 31 years ago today. Can't believe it's been that long.

Congratulations to Phil, family and staff. I think my first stay was about 7 or 8 years after you started. There have been a lot of great upgrades and changes over the years in the facility but not in the people who continue to be great. It is our favorite place to stay on vacation in Missouri. And, the fishing is pretty good.
