I have an employee that starts every sentence with "I took and" did this or "I took" and did that, and then he ends the sentence with "and everything". It is hard for the rest of us not to laugh when he is talking because we all joke about it, but he doesn't realize that he is even doing it and everything.

I kinda enjoy hearing the southern term 'might-could'. Like 'I might-could go fishin' this weekend.'

But back to the fingernails on the chalkboard angle: I absolutely can't stand it when politicians refer to others as 'My distinguished colleague'. It's always such a hollow phrase for one thing. But, it's also kinda like they're saying hey, he's distinguished, and a colleague, so I must be pretty distinguished myself. The fact that it's often followed by a something like '...is as dumb as a brick' kinda waters it down too. 'My friend' in that context is similar. McCain is the worst with that one.

On a related note...I love words with suffixes or prefixes where the word is never used without the prefix or suffix. Take the word "overwhelmed". You sometimes hear "underwhelmed", but you never just hear "whelmed". You hear "uncouth", but seldom just "couth". "Indelible" but never "delible". Those last two aren't even supposed to be real words according to my spell check.

Please get current. It is now referenced as "the rig" or "the little rig".

In case you are scoring at home. Jig head with worm = midwest finesse rig = ned rig = the little rig = the rig.

Does it still count if you fish it on a swivel jig?

I'll never get it right. I can't keep up with all the name changes.

Now again what are the current names of the the Ned Rig 1/16, 3/32, and 1/8 oz versions???

I know one time it was just Neg Rig. With these huge differences In weight, these all have different names. And I can't remember what they were.

And then we have to get into all of the different Texas Rigs!!

Boy fishing is getting difficult!!!
