Thanks for the good humor, guys. Denjac, Sore Thumbs and others who know me in person know I'm a big joker. Yammy has been making a darn good motor for a long time. I just happen to have a Merc on my boat and a Yamaha piano in my living room. And both the Yammy motors and pianos sound pretty dadgum good. :)

Thumbs: Congrats on the Skeeter/Yamaha purchase. I have been running an 06 Skeeter 225 for a about a year now, and really like it. The ride is awesome, front deck and lay out is really nice. Hope you like it as much as i do mine.

Thanks Addiction. I took it out the other day for the second time since I bought it. It died on me and I can't get bulb to stay hard. The guy I bought it from only put about 10 hrs on it in the last 2 years. Im afraid that there is some bad gas, clogged lines, clogged vst filter or the one of the low pressure fuel pumps are bad. Ive been doing research and it could be a task tracking down the problem. The short time I did get to use it was awesome. It only has 145hrs on it and the previous owner treated fuel and changed bulb before I bought it. Hopefully it's something minor. Thankfully I haven't sold my ranger yet, so I can still go fishing:-)
