Well I am thinking Pete, why does springfield not have a winter program? It is as large or larger than sedalia. Not sure how big Jackson or mexico is, but I am guessing no larger than the others I mentioned. Where do you draw the line for fair distribution?

Springfield doesn't want it. They are clueless when it comes to offering fishing opportunities.

This is sad, if we are going to support this then a more widespread distribution should occur. Last time I looked, it was just about as far to meramec from stlouis as it is from springfield. Scales looked tipped towards the east and the north.
