Lancer09 Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 How bout them Chiefs?!?!?!?!? That's about as perfect as a game I've seen them play. Smith went 20-26, four of those were drops, that's insane. Charles with three TD's and Davis rushes for over a hundy. They are going to be gunning for a dysfunctional San Fran team. Welcome back Alex.
Wayne SW/MO Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 It was fun to watch. Reid certainly has a knack for getting a lot out of what he has. The offensive line seems to be holding up after all and I'm sure that Charles and Davis have a lot to do with that. Klece has been a great pressure relief. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Ham Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 It's nice that they are able to have a change up back to spell Jamaal Charles from time to time. Davis has been great. If Bowe continue to grow into the offense look out. Jimmy Graham is a TE that clamis he should be considered a Wide Receiver. Bowe is a WR than plays more like a TE, but that's OK too. Those multiple TE sets are a matchup nightmare for the other team's defense. Go Chiefs! Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Quillback Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 The Chiefs certainly looked good, they have flashes of brilliance, but you never know what team will show up next game.
Terrierman Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Kelsey reminds me of when Tony G. was a Chief. That's the kind of game that can change an entire season. Totally agree about Kniles being a super alternative to Jamaal. Sure was fun to watch last night. There's this little dark perverse place deep in my heart that rejoices when Brady squirms and looks disgusted and all helpless like he did last night. Not to mention when hoodie looks sick.

I must have that same dark place in mine. Sure was nice to have a stress free 4th quarter!
Jerry Rapp Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 wasn't it just last year that you Chef supporters were wanting Reid axed and Smith gone?
Ham Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 wasn't it just last year that you Chef supporters were wanting Reid axed and Smith gone? Please find where I stated that I wanted Reid and Smith gone. I've never felt that way and talking to Chief fans that I know I did my best to convince them to give him a little time. The Chiefs have a Good coach and a Good team, let's see if they can get a little luck. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
ozark trout fisher Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 Where was that all season long????? Don't know what to think of the Chiefs, but they definitely are better than I thought based on their early performance. If you took Oakland out of the division (which really, I wish we could do) the AFC West is loaded this year. Three teams with legit playoff hopes. Really, the Chiefs are the NFL equivalent of Mizzou. Lose to a crap team at home and then a few weeks later beat up a team that is supposed to be one of the top 5-10 in the league and a (supposedly) sure playoff team. Hard to get a read on them.
