jdmidwest
Don't expect duck hunting to be much better. We have caught blinds on fire, dealt with leaky waders, lost a number of things in the water from guns to wedding rings, truck and trailer troubles galore, and many days with no birds. Quillback
I was hoping to read that you had found a bunch of birds in KS. I've heard the habitat is much better, but the bird numbers are not. I hate skunks...

I've heard the habitat is much better, but the bird numbers are not. I hate skunks... I've read quite a few reports of people getting into birds, including quail this year. There was quite a bit of shooting early Saturday a mile north of me in a WIHA. I think the numbers are up, but that's relative. I saw 7 hens and one rooster in NW Missouri weekend before last. I missed. Don't expect duck hunting to be much better. We have caught blinds on fire, dealt with leaky waders, lost a number of things in the water from guns to wedding rings, truck and trailer troubles galore, and many days with no birds. I'm hoping that occurred over many years? John

Flysmallie
It would have been awesome to have a hidden camera in the room when the maid walked in.
