Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted December 15, 2014 Root Admin Posted December 15, 2014 Just curious.... how many people block ads on ozarkanglers? I just updated Firefox and now it automatically blocks google ads. Didn't know if this was the case for everyone. ness 1
Daryk Campbell Sr Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 On the laptop, I use i.e., don't have blocked ads, on the phone, I never see ads. ness 1 Money is just ink and paper, worthless until it switches hands, and worthless again until the next transaction. Seth Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I've been blocking all ad's with the Ad Block Plus extension for Firefox. I just disabled it for the forum so they start showing up again. I'm sure that probably helps you out anyways. ness 1
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted December 15, 2014 Author Root Admin Posted December 15, 2014 A little... I was just curious about Firefox. Thanks ness 1

gramps50 Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I read OA most of the time on the tablet and the ads are not blocked. Don't think they bare blocked on the laptop either, though I do at some places. ness 1
rps Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 I run Ad Block Plus and make very few exceptions. ness 1
ness Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Don't know if this helps Phil -- but I don't block ads. They're not that obtrusive, and the ad blocker I tried for a while seemed to be causing a few problems so I canned it. I click on one occasionally as my way of saying thanks for the forum Quillback 1 John
