Quillback Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 About 30 years ago I had a co-worker and friend that was from Pennsylvania - he and his wife used to say "No big whup" instead of something like "No big deal". This is the first time I've heard anyone use that phrase since then.
