fishingaddiction Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Enjoyed it Bo. Thanks for posting it to the forum. Born to Fish. Forced to Work.
magicwormman Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Great job Bo!!! Thanks for sharing! That's what makes this such a successful site. You not only shared your knowledge, but also showed screen shots and various methods to catch deep fish. Keep working on a spoon that is weedless and has a better hook up ratio and you will have a winner.
J-Doc Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 If we only had more super informative vids from other members here. Very much enjoyed it. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!
Members Goggleeye Bailie Posted January 11, 2015 Members Posted January 11, 2015 Loved the in sight on treble hooks. Are there other baits that you can jig successfully as well or are spoons the best bet?
merc1997 Bo Posted January 11, 2015 Author Posted January 11, 2015 Loved the in sight on treble hooks. Are there other baits that you can jig successfully as well or are spoons the best bet? grubs and bucktails will work well also. the spoon is much quicker to get down to depth. at times when specifically targeting bass and have trees present, i might also use a heavy single spin or a twin spin, but, they also take quite a while to get down to 50+ feet. bo
