No chef alive could create a dish with these ingredients that would be edible!? I would accept that challenge except for the cottage cheese. I like it as well, but it would be a disaster with the beets, sprouts, and cashews salad. Mitch f 1

Don't know how they make a clear liquid taste this bad, and I am only on glass one. Hmm as for foods I dislide it would be a very short list, I like nearly all vegetables and fruits, love beats and Brussels are pretty good. Pawpaw would probably be my least liked fruit, I can eat it but certainly wouldn't go out of my way to.get one. Tuna casserole nope don't have to eat it anf am not going to, spices, don't like curry at all. Love cilantro. Dang I am getting hungry.

rps Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Tonight the wife and I are building trays of Cannelloni Florentine. A small one for our dinner and two larger ones for our contribution to the schools carbo - load dinner before the Chili Pepper meet in Fayetteville on Saturday. This is one of my favorite dishes.

Late summer madness struck our house - getting ready to teach another year, a stove that died, visits from relatives, and physicals to save on the health insurance (if the wife and I have a wellness visit once a year, our share of the school health insurance costs something like $1200 less annually). In any event I used the holiday today not to fish, but to cook a large batch of meaty cannelloni. One tray is a birthday present for the school secretary and the other will go in the freezer to take to the cross country team dinner the night before the Holiday Island Cross Country Invitational. Fortunately, we had enough left to make two small single serving dishes for our dinner tonight. This is what I was talking about. ness, MOPanfisher, Chief Grey Bear and 2 others 5
snagged in outlet 3 Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Looks great, RPS. My daughter's swim team would crush that. Peas. Can't stand em. If a dish has even one pea in it I'll pass. But really what's the point of putting a few peas in a dish anyway. It's not like they contribute much to the dish. For instance chicken pot pies. Why ruin a perfectly good dish with 6 peas? Lima beans. Nasty!
