     Squirrel and bacon pizza,

Also called for artichoke and fresh spinach. No sauce either. Only thing over the dough was olive oil and crushed garlic. The recipe sounded weird to me but worked quite well. Like it! I tend to overdo things and said lets double the recipe. Doing this we had to go rectangular on the cookie sheet. Needless to say we have bookoos leftovers

Had some ground meat and cabbage. What else but cabbage rolls and mashed potatoes. Hmm Hmm Good!

Eat and watch the Shmenges. Just need some coffee 🤣

Alright, here's a catch up post. Let's see how many photos I can jam in here:

Chili. This time we made it with ground beef  :

Pizza pizza. Margherita with fresh mozzarella, crushed San Marzano tomatoes, salt and oil:

(Ooni Koda 16 on order; should arrive late March. Can't wait!)

Chile Colorado with Ancho and New Mexico chiles and pork, semi-refried black beans and sorta Spanish rice:

Vegetable, beef and barley soup:

Chili verde with pork and green chili cornbread:
