rps Posted June 4, 2015 Share Posted June 4, 2015 I caught walleye today and I will celebrate by making fishburgers! What you see is the four tail parts of the four fillets, diced in 1/4 inch cubes. To that I have added 3/4 cup of panko, 1 teaspoon Old Bay, salt and pepper, 3 green onions chopped in small rings, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, and 1 egg.
