Can't match Ness. Won't even try. BTW I love lamb fries. If you are in or near Krebs, OK,  stop at Pete's Place and try them.

Last night.

  Lunch!

Big black Krim heirloom tomatoes and cottage cheese :) . Taste of Summer. Low fat cottage cheese too. My doctor would be proud of me. Would she if she had known it was 2/3 of a pound of that cottage cheese?,

But it's not a delicacy!!

Agree.

I’ve had them one other time. More to say I did it than because of how they taste. Both times it’s been heavily breaded, thinly sliced tasteless something.

I always did it the other way. Maters on bottom.

But as purdy as them are...

Yes they are the centerpiece of that plating. Had them again today :) . Loaded up the dehydrator for the sixth load making a total of thirty trays. This way i will remember what a real tomato tastes like this winter instead of what they have in stores. Carnitas this evening. Normally don't have maters in them but will this time! Maybe even go pick a jalapeno and slide in a few slices,

Well, you both are jacking it up!

Cube them maters before you throw them on top of full-fat cottage cheese. Just salt, no pepper.

You’re welcome.

No pepper? You may have your opinion, but science has proven that salt AND pepper are required to fully enjoy cottage cheese and cantaloupe.

Well, if you really what to do it, cut off top, hollow out, mix innerds with CC, apply required amount of S&P,  heavy on the P,  add back to mater shell, enjoy immensely!
