Handpicked. the ones that we did not eat directly went into a balsamic strawberry jam! Very tasty in moderation of course ;)!

One of our lighter dishes lately. Cleaned and cooked the shrimp in water seasoned with some Old Bay. Mixed with diced celery and onion, chopped fresh dill from our little herb garden, dash of fish sauce, garlic powder, tablespoon of mayo, S&P, and a little more Old Bay. Placed on top of romaine with a drizzle of aged balsamic them some fresh lime juice on top.

For clarification please -- the vegetables and herbs, etc. were in the water?

Only Old bay in the water. Shrimp were cooked then cooled. Once they were cold, we mixed them with the onion/celery, mayo, etc...

Looks good. Can you share the marinade ingredients please? Always looking for ways to improve the taste of lo-cal foods.

Grilled romaine with olive oil blue cheese and bacon bits.  We didn't have the bits on yet for the picture.

I never think to do that. Looks tasty!
