Jim is a super guy and will help you anyway he can. Store is off the hook with name brand merchandise, right colors and sizes for SW-Missouri.

Stop in every time I'm in town and leave some Branson Money with him.

When the new building opens I guess the entire operation will be out there on 44?

I had the same question when I saw the article.

Good guys and great shop, packed with products you actually need to fish regionally. Every inch of that place is filled up with product. Reminds me a lot of the shops I hung out in as a kid.

Needs some finesse heads though ;) .

Where is this place? Is it on the lake someplace or down around Branson? I've never heard of it.

I was totally impressed with the inventory and service! I didn't expect to see so many baits that actually work in this area. The only complaint I had was their selection of finesse heads was limited...............Dave..............new customer.

Jim Lovan, haven't heard that name in a while! Jim is from my hometown, Steelville, Mo. Great family and parents. Jim and my brother Rick were buds back in the day. I was a 7 yr old kid when Jimmy (as I know him) was the hometown hero hitting a 3/4 court shot to beat our rival Cuba in basketball. Homecoming game I believe in 1980. Great to see him doing what he loves. I graduated from smsu and get down there to see college friends and to fish. Definitely going to go see Jimmy. Man, how I remember that shot! When U guys see him tell him Brock Bouse says hello and dishing a little dirt on his past!

I had to google this--I wasn't familiar with the business. I was glad to see it isn't a chain. Good to see somebody delivering top-notch service--there's not enough of that these days.
