Left State Park at 10 water temp 43.1 and fished until 3. Caught 16 fish with 11 keepers. No brown fish.

Threw jerkbait and the Little Varmint. PB&J varmint was the deal. LM were in pole timber in 15 to 20 feet. Spots were at the same depth on a combo of ledge and chunk rock. Sloooow and very little twitching. Light bite.

I only have my phone but will try to post some pictures.

Best fish was 4.5. All keepers were nice thick fish.

That's a heckuva good job of finding and catching a good sack on a day that many of us found very tough. Just goes to show there's always a way to catch em.

Champ, the jerkbait and deep bite just weren't working for me.....the varmint, ned, little rig, TR turd, etc. seemed to be the deal.

Those pictures would be much better if the carpet in the background wasn't Jayhawk Blue!

You will have to take that up with the other Dave.

Only blue for me is Duke blue.
