Keep in mind there are several different agencies that "patrol', from the county sheriff's dept, MDC, COE, MSHP, many are looking at/for different things.

I know one thing, the kids sure like to do burnouts and donuts around the ramp parking lots. I was tempted to call on a couple idiots not long ago.
