dtrs5kprs Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 I've been using one from Lure Parts Online for several years, mostly because it comes in a white pearl. Very similar to the Jet spoon. Buy them loose and put #2 round bend Gamakatsus on them. Neat little spoon, have not tried fishing it vertically. Have either thrown it at chasers, or hopped it on gravel. Alex Heitman 1

Do the same thing with the Lure Parts Online spoons. Even get the blanks and paint them white if I feel like it. Alex Heitman 1
Jason Essary Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 Bill, are you vertically jigging the spoon over trees? or casting and sweeping it back? Just trying to learn the technique this one is new to me. Bought some last year but never really played with them. Members DangerRanger Posted July 8, 2015 Members Posted July 8, 2015 After watching the video, I would like to ask. Do you recommend tie directly to the flutter spoon like Tom said or do you use a swivel? He said he wants his line to twist so that it untwists on the pause. Just wondering about thoughts of those who used this. Thanks in advance.

I can impart action on the bait myself if I want to. Usually just lifting and letting it fall/flutter will work just fine. I am not nearly the pro that Tom is with a spoon but I would rather just not have to deal with line twist at all. That's the great thing about fishing....everyone has their own style the way they like to do things.
Bgctrading Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 When you guys are drop shoting are you always finding them on the depth finder or just going to some tried and true places. I have only done it once and the guy I was with lived by the fish finder screen while drop shoting.
