Quillback Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 I'm not familiar with that area - is that water coming out of Taneycomo?
Ham Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Yes it is. Nice color to it huh. The creeks and rivers that run into lower Taney are blow out as well. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Terrierman Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 What a week that one was. Do not need a repeat soon.
dtrs5kprs Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 What a week that one was. Do not need a repeat soon. It can dry out and burn the grass to a crisp anytime now. Flysmallie 1
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted July 13, 2015 Root Admin Posted July 13, 2015 The creeks were blown out- they aren't now. Most of the creeks have pretty small watersheds and don't take long to drop out. The lower lake though takes a long time, especially with the amount of back water there is/was. The difference between Taney and BS last week at Powersite was close mainly because of the water influx above and below the dam. Don't get me wrong... BS is getting up there close to flood pool. It's crazy high.
Members n2trout Posted July 16, 2015 Members Posted July 16, 2015 I wonder how many trout are getting pushed in BS when it's that high.
