Members Matt Henry Posted July 30, 2015 Members Posted July 30, 2015 My guide recommendations for Table Rock lake goes to the gentleman who keep this board informative and interesting. I have a friend looking to give a Fishing guided trip for a Birthday present on the Lake of The Ozarks. Can anyone give me help. I would hope it would be someone of the same caliber that feeds this site. Thanks Matt Henry
Bill Babler Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Matt, please give your friend with my recommendation; Big Ed's Guide Service. 573-692-6710 Ed has been featured in the Kansas City Star and does a weekly radio show in the area. He is very good from the Glaze to the dam, including the Gravois. I believe he lives at the 5 mile mark. Ed is a bass fishing guide. Ed and his Lovely wife Debby, are the owners of not only the Guide Service, but they also own Bass and Baskets Bed and Breakfast right on the Lake. 573-692-6737 We have known the Franko's for over 10 years and Big Ed is not only a hoot but a great fishermen. They have a beautifully appointed B&B that sits right on the water, so If you pal stays with them not only will the fishing be great, but chow is on the house. Ed has recently been added to the Phoenix/Mercury Pro Team and within a few weeks will be handling the big waters of Lake O with a 2016 Phoenix 921 ProXP Powered by a Mercury 250 ProXS with industry leading Lowrance Gen III electronics. Ed's guide service features top of the line equipment in Falcon and Lews. Good Luck magicwormman and Champ188 2 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Sore Thumbs Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 Dam. Bill is a guide and one heck of a Salesman.
magicwormman Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 Wow!! Bill you missed your calling in life. What a sales pitch. I hate Lake O and you make me want to run up and hire this guy and stay with him too. Seriously, this is good stuff and the main reason this forum is such a success. We are truly blessed on this site to have sooo many good folks that are will to help others. It's a shame we can't have more of this throughout our country and world. People willing to help strangers, without expectations. Dewayne French, Champ188 and crazy4fishin 3
