I Need Some Help

Alright, here's the deal as I see it...

If there wasn't something always going on around here at least half or more of the daily check-ins would go away.

The reason that questions get promptly answered and the reason guys think to post trip reports is because they log in here fairly often. And the reason why they log in often, even when they aren't about to go (or just got back from) fishing, is because someone almost always has some kind of drama stirred up here....and sick as it may seem, that is entertaining.

Message boards that completely discourage personality are boring as hell. I only get on the Chevy trucks forum when there is something wrong with my truck. I only get on the E-team board when I need to learn something about a motor issue I'm confused about. I only get on Riversmallies when....wait, I NEVER get on Riversmallies anymore.

I'm on here multiple times every dang day regardless of what kind of mood I'm in simply because even when there is nothing I want to know or feel the need to share, it is always good for a smile... or some other kind of emotion that makes it worthwhile.

It's not a problem of differing opinions, it goes way deeper than that. People have always had differing opinions. But what they haven't always had is the need to be told they are right. Take a look at society and you will see the problem is everywhere. It's not a problem on Ozark Anglers, it's a problem with America. And until we get some leadership that doesn't act the same way then it will continue to spiral down this path.

But it's my opinion that this leadership is not coming. Ever.

That is it exactly. Yeah and nobidy believes this country can fail. China is waging a econmic war with us now. Kicking our butts real good at it also.

I myself am not in love with this forum or any social media for that matter. I never catch fish,So I do not post Pics and give out advice about spots. Should it happen I send. a pic it is usually of a fish laying on a yard stick in my boat. There is no doubt of its size that way. I do know a limited bit about tackle and lures and tecnique. I have been told on here I do not know anything about that either. So I do not try.
