No. Wouldn't make any difference how many in s boat. Measure your own fish. Each person has his own measure tool, camera

The only possible problem I could see is if somebody "teams up" with two or more fishermen combining their biggest fish in one set of weigh in photos. Most likxely not a problem with OA members, and most currenty tourinament participants. But if it gets too big it could be tempting to somebody.

Better supply some big rulers :)

I love the idea then you could fish the whole lake no having to declare up or down.  sounds fun as heck, got a couple Kansas boys that would come down for that!

The trophy area could be a crowded mess. At least at the start because all those just under 20" fish would be legal for the tournament.

Everyone should take a picture of a clock at check-in or check-out to sync up their camera's date-time stamp.  That way if the camera's settings are off, you know by how much.   Cell phone cameras sync automatically to the phone's time but still everyone.

Wade fishermen shouldn't be in the same division as boaters.  It's not fair to the boaters.

Catch and release, Dave... :)

Cheating - polygraphs will have to do for stemming those who would want to cheat.  That's about all I can do.  If someone cheats, I'll press charges and post their names on social media...  I don't think anyone would want that stain.  There's not enough money to win, believe me.

Crowding- yes most would go up but isn't it crowded from Fall Creek down?  One could fish down and target browns all day.  They would measure too.

You still have to catch the fish to score.

Of course, it would be an artificial lure only tournament regardless where you fish.
