Members gruber Posted November 1, 2015 Members Posted November 1, 2015 Any of you guys try some of the new TRD colors, like New Money or California Craw, got some yesterday but can't go until tomorrow to try......??
Champ188 Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Been using those colors in the Zinker (cutting it in half) for a year or two. Both will work pretty well, especially on sunny days.

Members gruber Posted November 1, 2015 Author Members Posted November 1, 2015 I had never used anything but grn pkn or pb&j so I am anxious to give these a try, thanks guys
Champ188 Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 You might also try the Canada Craw color. We caught a bunch on it late last spring, including several walleye.
Quillback Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Yep that Canada Craw is a good one, and Dirt is another that will work well. But, it's hard to put down PB&J.
crazy4fishin Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 PB&J, dirt and the TRD with the sqiggly tail has been nailing them in the Cornhusker state......maybe I should send some to our football team??? C4F Champ188 1 Crazy4fishinA Cornhusker
bluebasser86 Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 I've had good luck with California craw. Actually did really well a couple weeks ago with a white Zinker cut in half. They were feeding on really small baitfish but wanted something with very little action. Purple Haze was the deal for me Thursday.

Members gruber Posted November 2, 2015 Author Members Posted November 2, 2015 Actually got to try the New Money today but had to put it down because the gills wouldn't leave the sparkly thing alone...pb&j still works though
