JestersHK Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Had this trip planned for a while now, will be my fourth trip down to Taney this year something I can never take for granted being a city slicker... Watching the weather it is almost unbelievable that its going to be in the 70's this weekend. Myself and FMCBrandon will be down fishing Thursday night likely by the outlets if the waters still on, Friday is up in the air, and then Phil's Tournament on Saturday... Tomorrow afternoon cannot get here fast enough Hope the O2 levels are still climbing and the fish are still biting! Hope to see some fellow forum members down there. If ya see us stop and say hello. Tight lines gentlemen
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted December 9, 2015 Root Admin Posted December 9, 2015 DO is over 9 ppm, temps in the 70's AND I picked up a threadfin shad yesterday floating in the lake. Oh my!
Terrierman Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 D.O. is at or near saturation now according to the Corps website.
JestersHK Posted December 9, 2015 Author Posted December 9, 2015 Dare I say the moon and stars are aligning for some epic trout adventures!?! Off to check how much water they are flowing. Wife may be correct in that I have an incurable disease called fishing...
marcus Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 should be warm out fishing should be a lot more comfortable at least

Members fmcbrandon Posted December 10, 2015 Members Posted December 10, 2015 Oh Man, the clock is running slow. My work day has been spent half dreaming of standing waist deep in the water, fighting big browns!!!
