Bigmo Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 His fishing show is on the pursuit channel with a episode tomorrow at 8am. Typical fishing show pushing lots of fishing products. Looks like they're fishing the marina at Campbell's point down to ShellKnob. I'm sure several of you will know what other spots they fished. They threw spinners, topwater, spoons, and several other rigs.Worth watching. Champ188 1

aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 Sounded like Dion thinks spots only have to be 12"

aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 As much as they bragged about being locals you would think know, i also noticed they didnt show all the fish in the bag makes me wonder if they had a couple shorties in there
Ketchup Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 I was fishing out of Aunts Creek the day before they filmed. When I pulled up to launch I noticed one of those fancy marked up trucks/trailer/boat about to launch. Noticed a Tx. License plate. Caught the guy walking back to the dock from parking his rig. Asked if he was pre-fishing for something. He said he was here fun fishing that day. Said he was the film guy for Scott Martin who would be filming the next 2 days. About 45 minutes later while fishing he motored over and we talked for a bit. Good guy. Haven't watched that episode but pretty sure it rained like crazy if my memory serves me right. abkeenan Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 I caught a little bit a month or two ago online somewhere and I think it may have been live streamed from the boat. Maybe BASS's website??? Can't recall. They were throwing Ploppers and the local in the front of the boat was throwing a dropshot with a minnow imitation on it as well. He was swimming it threw the chasing fish and not the typically vertical drop and shake presentation. Martin seems like a good dude but every now and then you see a little bit of his father shine through. Guess you can't really help that. Ham, Champ188 and big c 3
196champ Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 Never thought I would see my secret spot on national television
