Fun day! Headwater float on a well known river. Lots of wood to portage around, bit of snow, but the water was 50 degrees and caught a dozen or so. A couple nice, but no big deal. Sporty float, great scenery, fish caught. Fun day!

The snow would have been cool to be out in this morning doing some fishing. Glad someone made it happen! Nice work and good looking coosa! Own one myself, as well as a cuda in that exact same color way. Think we already covered that topic. Anyway, glad to hear you caught some fish. Love the snow canoe pic!

Coosa's are sweet man! I've had my eyes on em for awhile one day I'll be able to pull the trigger on one. Great pics and report man!

Looks like a good day on the water....but the games were pretty good too!  Tough choice but #1 son called and we met in St. Louis and took in both games.  Only down side was missed the Northern Iowa vs Texas A&M on the tube (should be an instant classic).  Maybe will be able to watch March basketball from a gravel bar down the road. 

Like your Grumman canoe, my mom bought the same one for my Dad using coupons from Uncle Ben's wild rice (around 1981).  Many trips in the old "silver streak".  Thanks for posting.
