Guess the weight

Can anyone guess the weight of this cat.  The lure is 4" long.  It was a 20 - 30 minute fight from shore.  He was exhausted ....and so was I.

I caught one which looks real close to that size a week ago and it was 21 pounds.  But it's a hard pic  to tell much on.

20-25 would be my guess. Perfect eater size flat head there that is worth the effort to clean. Won't find better meat swimming in TR other than walters.
