Members steadyt Posted May 25, 2016 Members Posted May 25, 2016 Hello All! I am planning on fishing Table Rock on Saturday. I am not sure where to put in. Any recommended areas? I will be coming in from Fayetteville, AR. Thanks In advance.
fowlthing Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Eagle Rock would be a good choice. But who knows on a holiday weekend. steadyt 1
176champion Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Memorial weekend....man your brave... steadyt, marcus, skeeter and 3 others 6 I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! Bruce Philips
dtrs5kprs Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 That upper end gets awfully small with a ton of boats running it. I'd think about Baxter area. The old ramp off H. It will still be bad, but at least it isn't bad and narrow. steadyt and johnm 2
chi0082 Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 It's gonna be a zoo. The only time all year where you can walk on water and not get your foot wet. steadyt 1
Members steadyt Posted May 25, 2016 Author Members Posted May 25, 2016 Ouch! I forgot about the Holiday Weekend. I might hold of a week. Thanks for the info! mixermarkb 1
Quillback Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 I sure won't be out there. But if I was going to go, I would launch no later than 5 AM, and force myself to get off the water by 10 AM. Being that you're coming from Fayetteville that would be a long drive for a little bit of fishing. marcus, dtrs5kprs, steadyt and 1 other 4
rps Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Launch early at Holiday Island and fish upriver of Beaver. Plan on being off the water by noon. On Sunday and Monday you stay out a little longer - the hangovers slow down the water fleas and cruisers. steadyt and bobby b. 2
Bill Babler Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 If you wanted to go or simply had to go this weekend you should consider Bull. A holiday weekend on Bull Shoals is pretty much like a week day on the Rock. The fish there are biting at least as well as on the Rock and there are lots more places to fish. It would not even be a decision for me, if I had a choice. johnm, mixermarkb, james and 6 others 9 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com

We have our shade tree staked out, some comfortable lawn chairs and cold beverages all ready for the weekend "launching entertainment" at Baxter If we see a feller with a Bass Boat trying to launch just holler and we'll figure out some way to save you a parking space. Bring lot's of cotton balls for earplugs if you object to some pretty rough language. Champ188, crazy4fishin, rps and 1 other 4
