ollie Posted September 17, 2016 Posted September 17, 2016 The wife wants to rent a cabin somewhere for the weekend. Needs to be close to water and not super expensive. Needs to be pet friendly as well. Any an all locations appreciated. I know there are a ton of options out there. I just don't know where to start other than the ones down on the Buffalo and I have looked into those already. I'm in Neosho so I also don't want to drive a crap load of miles to get there! ness Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Yeah -- I thought Roaring River too, but that may not be the type of water you want to be close to. They book up fairly quickly, so act now! It's about a 30-minute drive to Eureka Springs, which is a nice get-away from fishing. John
Daryk Campbell Sr Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Sam A Baker is a great park with cabins. It may be farther than you want, but an amazing park. ollie Posted September 21, 2016 Author Posted September 21, 2016 RR is out of the question. Done that one a few times already. NWA is out of the question as well with the Bikes, Blues, & BBQ going on this weekend. Everything around there is booked up solid! Probably will have to do this another time. We just weren't prepared enough in advance to make it happen really. Thanks for the input though.
