From the background looks like somewhere on the lake. INhave seen them bunched up in a couple spots. only caught one in 3 trys with my deep jigging. I wish Incould get some fresh shad about 3 -4 inches long to put on those spoons.

They stock the river???? or are you saying lakes that have tail water that leads to the river???
