Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted November 23, 2016 Root Admin Posted November 23, 2016 I'm bringing a couple of smoked chickens and 3 salmon fillets. Someone needs to organize each dinner - Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I can cook the salmon Thursday night on the grill.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 I can cook some chicken drummies on the grill too. I'll also bring a salad.
Terrierman Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 I think the fish fry is good for Friday night. You can write me down for breakfast Friday - a big breakfast casserole. And breakfast Saturday - steak (deer loin mostly), hashbrowns and eggs. I'll bring OJ, milk and good coffee makings. And an apple crisp and a few mushrooms to fry on Friday too. That leaves dinner on Thursday evening and Saturday evening. If folks would rather have steak in the evening, that would be fine too, no worries. The main thing is a bunch of it is coming with me.
Ham Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 There are usually multiple streams of thought going food wise. To do the smoker right, I'll have to take a mid day break and set the smoker up. Won't be too much of an issue really. Let me plan on that for Saturday. My boat will start fishing 8 ish and take a break noonish. Food will need to come off the smoker at 6 ish.should be great. I'll be doing country style Ribs. I can do a pot of beans as well. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
LittleRedFisherman Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 I'll do the fish Friday evening I'll have the cooker and the fish. Pete is bringing me a bag of red potatoes to do wedges as well. Anybody wants to bring some slaw and tarter sauce that would be great to. I think Phil said he's bringing some peanut oil. I'll have the rest of it Phil. I will reuse this oil. My cooker has been at church for a few months helping cook stuff for the kids on wensday nights so I want to start fresh again. I may bring a big of hush puppies as well. Les if you want to do your fried onions again in the cooker that was really good last time! Bret. There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!

Members Big_Jake Posted November 27, 2016 Members Posted November 27, 2016 Guys, what can we bring or do? We could bring appetizer type stuff or pitch in money to help offset some of the cost for those bringing more.
