I'm sure this can be done with the Ned rig, because I tried it out last trip. But Gene Larew has a new bait out thats designed for this.

I really like the weighted hook design with the weedguard, this will be killer on pressured lakes with boat docks.
The pull tabs really got my attention & the fact that most baitfish colors are already sold out.

Gonne be a fun little bait to add to my finesse addiction. The double silver color could easilly be turned into chrt/pepper with dip dye.

I find it odd that the seedless is less expensive than the open hook design. Both 5 packs (I think).

Seedless fruit usually costs a bit more.

I know typo, but I could not resist.

It may have been Autocorrect issue. Weedless gets changed to seedless IF you get ahead of yourself and hit send without proof reading

Are you still messing with that voice text? LOL

He was. Apparently it has a filter that translates into gibberish.

As a crappie dock shooter I have some experience. My first thought is that it could get expensive because I assume the weighted custom hooks are not as cheap as a 1/16oz ball head jig, and the actual plastic bait is not likely as cheap as a 10 pack of crappie baits.

The biggest issue i have when shooting is wrapping your bait around or going over/thru the dock support steel and breaking off the rig.

I have always assumed that bass would/should respond as well as crappie, so it is a good idea though.
