My wife graduated today from Webster University down at the Muny in St. Louis. I sat and watched the new graduates marching abreast fairly slowly down the center isle. I tried to look at every smiling face as they marched with their caps and gowns. I was just thinking about all the hard work and hours of dedication that they had endured to get this degree. But my overall feeling was how much money they spent getting their diploma. Seems these days students just aren't getting the bang for the buck. Pretty scary how college costs have sky rocketed. Ridiculous in my book.

Congratulations to the wife Mitch, it is a major accomplishment when you have kids. When my wife did it she only had one. (me)

Yeah, college shouldn't cost so much that you can't pay off your student loans in a few years with the typical job you can get with your degree.  Instead, there are a lot of recent grads who may NEVER be able to pay off their student loans.
