I used to lock my phone.   I had a co worker tell me that he didn't because then if the phone was found,  or if you were in an emergency,  no one would know who to get a hold of.

You put your emergency contact in the Emergency Screen, Medical ID.  Anybody can open it up to that screen.

I guess quite a few guys have my number saved in their contacts and don't lock thier phone because I get butt dialed all the time.   Mostly it's just dead pocket noise, but I've listened to guys fighting with their wives, arguing with their kids about bedtime, ordering fast food, singing like they are auditioning for America's got Talent, arguing politics, and all sorts of things.  It's almost like having a voyeur app.

The home screen ( the one that shows when you turn the phone on ) on my phone has the option for a "if you find this phone call  417-xxx-xxxx" ; which is the wife and my emergency contact..
