Members audiochem Posted July 26, 2017 Members Posted July 26, 2017 Gas station on the corner of 215 and 123 has leeches last time I was in about 2 months ago. I've never seen a perch come out of Stockton and don't believe they are in there. They are not listed as a specie in the lake. I know they're in Bull Shoals.
mikeak Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 If you are talking about yellow perch or ring perch I agree. How ever I think most people here call bluegills perch. I wish there were yellow perch here. One of the best eating fish there is,right up there with Walleye Big Keene 1
Big Keene Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 to any of the southern missouri old timers i used to fish with, perch=any bluegill or sunfish. when we would find a hole with big saucer sized bluegill, we would be in for an afternoon of perch jerkin' we caught true perch in canada before, but never ate one. neat little fish!
