The public access was littered with at least 50 gar, drum , carp,suckers and I think it's just a great sport.  I'm sure they only kept the Smallie's, catfish and walleye.

Far and away the worst places I have seen are some of the accesses during snagging season, even he ones who do throw it into the water, some of it floats and usually floats up against the shore.  Have
